I knew it could be done better.
I never planned on being a remodeling contractor. I graduated from business school, and after graduation, I went into the world of medical sales. But that wasn’t for me.
While schlepping surgical products, I started buying old, outdated houses in historic neighborhoods – German Village, Olde Towne East, Victorian Village. Fixed them up. Flipped some of them. Converted some into rental properties. And turned others into Airbnbs.
Along the way, I learned a ton about remodeling houses – especially old houses. And I liked it. A lot.
I also learned something I do not like: How other companies treat their clients. I will not nickel and dime you. I refuse to give ridiculous timelines just to justify a cost. I won’t disappear once the contract is signed.
I will quote you an all-in price. I will be on the jobsite every day. And I will make sure you are more than satisfied with both the process and the end product.
When you’re ready to redo that bathroom, kitchen, or master suite; or add a room – or two – to your existing home, please reach out to me. I’ll personally come to your home to discuss the room you want to create.
