Every room is personal.

It’s personal to you. And it’s personal to me.

Whether we’re collaborating on a bathroom, kitchen, master suite, rec room, nursery, or addition, the goal is always to create the room that not only meets your needs, but also reflects your style. Both your personal style and your lifestyle.

I’ll work with you to find that balance of luxury and practicality. Every room is designed and built to make an impression. And last a lifetime.

We’ll strike the balance between speed and craftsmanship. We’ll get the job done quickly. And also done the right way.

We’ll also find the perfect balance between affordability and quality. Everyone has a budget. But a budget is no excuse to cut corners.

“We are so happy with how our project went from start to finish. Testerman did a wonderful job listening, and they paid great attention to the details. The quality of the work is excellent, and the final result is beautiful. It enhances the overall aesthetic of our entire home.”

I knew it could be done better.

I never planned on being a remodeling contractor. I graduated from business school, and after graduation, I went into the world of medical sales. But that wasn’t for me.

While schlepping surgical products, I started buying old, outdated houses in historic neighborhoods – German Village, Olde Towne East, Victorian Village. Fixed them up. Flipped some of them. Converted some into rental properties. And turned others into Airbnbs.

Along the way, I learned a ton about remodeling houses – especially old houses. And I liked it. A lot.

I also learned something I do not like: How other companies treat their clients. I will not nickel and dime you. I refuse to give ridiculous timelines just to justify a cost. I won’t disappear once the contract is signed.

I will quote you an all-in price. I will be on the jobsite every day. And I will make sure you are more than satisfied with both the process and the end product.

When you’re ready to redo that bathroom, kitchen, or master suite; or add a room – or two – to your existing home, please reach out to me. I’ll personally come to your home to discuss the room you want to create.

Thanks,

Brian Testerman
